中医内科临床实训系统建立思路

Discussing about Established Clinic-practical-training System of Internal Medicine of TCM

文章通过分析目前中医内科教学中存在的问题和难点,认为缺乏临床技能实验教学是医学生临床能力培养工作中的瓶颈所在,指出中医内科临床实训的建立应从创新综合的教学模式、平台的软硬件建设两方面进行,并根据我校中医内科学科特点,创新性地提出应用案例式教学模式、讨论式教学模式、自助式教学模式的思路,同时加强对模拟诊室、远程教学及考评系统、教学团队等的不断完善,以期更好地提升学生临床能力。

Though generally analyzing the problem and difficulty survived in clinical teaching of internal medicine of TCM at present,the author indicates the very crux of the training of medical students＇ clinical capability is lacking teaching of clinical skill training,thinks that we can establish practical training start with the two aspects,innovating integrated teaching model,and soft-hardware platform construction,according to branch feature of internal medicine of TCM in our university,innovatively presents thinking of applying ＂case system＂,＂problem based learning＂,＂self-teaching＂,and constantly strengthens improvements of simulated consulting room,system of remote teaching and examination,teaching-team building,in order to improve clinical capacity of students.
