摘要
以建构主义理论为理论框架,对高校教师专业生涯发展内涵进行了界定,并从专业理念的转变、理论与实践的同步提升、构建实践和反思的良性循环等三个方面提出地方高校教师专业生涯发展的推进策略。
Based on the constructivism theory,colleges teachers' professional career development connotation was defined.And the transition from professional concept,theory and practice of simultaneous upgrading,building a virtuous cycle of reflective practice and put forward the three strategies to promote colleges teachers' professional career development.
