摘要
法学双语教学的目的是使用两种语言作为传递信息的工具,使学生在法学专业课学习的过程中既学习了法学知识又提高了英语在法学领域内运用的能力。针对普通高校法学双语教学面临的困境,分别对双语教学的主体与客体进行阐述,作为法学双语教师,从授课模式、教学方法、师资培养以及教材建设等多方面进行初步探索。期待双语教学作为异质文化成果,在提升高校核心竞争力中迈出更加坚实的步伐。
The aim of the bilingual teaching in the major of law is to enhance students liability to use English in the field of law and to learn legal knowledge as well,by using two languages as a method of transporting information.In light of problems which occured in the bilingual teaching of the normal university,this paper expatiates the object and the subject of the bilingual teaching,and explores the some possibilities for the solution of these problems in the perspectives of teaching models,teaching methods,the improvement of teachers and the improvement of teaching materials.It is hoped that the bilingual teaching would play a more significant role in the competition of universities as a heterogeneous culture production in the near future.
