摘要
高校毕业生是国家的宝贵人力资源,党和政府高度重视高校毕业生的就业工作,把它作为一项民生工程。辅导员作为高校思想政治教育和学生管理的第一线工作者,从素质、角色、岗位等角度有着做好就业指导工作的优势,但由于辅导员自身原因和相关政策的因素,造成目前辅导员就业指导实效性不明显的状况。笔者从从事辅导员工作及在学校就业指导部门工作的经历,提出辅导员做好就业指导工作的几点粗浅建议。
University(college) graduates are the valuable human resources.The CPC and Chinese government have as always attached great importance to promote employment for the graduates as one of China's livelihood projects.Counselors are the first line teaching staffs providing ideological and political education and management service for the students.Hence,they have the advantages of giving good employment guidance in terms of quality,role,and position.However,the guidance is still not effective and practical enough due to instructor's own reasons and policy factors.The author,as a counselor with applicable work experience in the employment guidance office of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,would like to propose several suggestions on how to provide better employment guidance.
