新形势下老年大学存在的问题及其对策初探

The Problems and Countermeasure of College for Senior Citizens under New Situation

新形势下,我国老龄化问题日渐凸显。而老年大学作为老年教育的一种重要形式,能缓解老龄化带来的压力,促进终身教育的发展,帮助老年人继续参与社会活动。但是目前我国老年大学还存在诸多问题,因此应积极寻求对策:更新人们观念,提高老年大学教师队伍的素质,改革课程设置,提升老年大学办学的社会意义,并促进老年大学自身可持续发展。

Under the new situation,the aging problems is highlighting day by day.Colleges of continuing education for senior citizens can relief the problems by aging problems,promote long-life education,and help senior participate in social activities.However the current colleges of senior citizens have a lot of problem,we should seek countermeasures actively：renewing people＇ concept,enhancing the quality of teacher body,reforming the curriculum set.At last it gives into the social meaning of college for seniors and promotes the its own sustainable development.
