建设项目竣工环境保护验收是我国环境保护管理的重要手段,是环境监测依法为环境管理提供技术支持、技术监督和技术服务的直接途径,也是落实"三同时"管理制度的重要环节。结合实际工作,对新疆境内建设项目竣工环保验收中存在的问题进行了分析,并有针对性地提出了对策和建议。
