摘要
黄瓜枯萎病是典型的真菌土传病害,近年来发展迅速,严重影响了农民的种植收入。对黄瓜枯萎病病原菌、抗病机理、抗性遗传以及分子生物技术在抗病育种中的应用等进行了综述和评价,介绍了黄瓜抗枯萎病育种已取得的成绩和最新研究进展,并对黄瓜抗枯萎病育种的进一步发展进行了讨论。可为黄瓜枯萎病抗源评价筛选和抗病新品种选育提供理论参考。
Cucumber Fusarium wilt (Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. Cucumerinum) was a typical soil-borne disease, which developed rapidly in recent years and caused great losses to farmers. The pathogenesis of cucumber Fusarium wilt, the mechanism and inheritance of resistance as well as the application of molecular biotechnology in resistance breeding were reviewed and evaluated. The achievements and advances of cucumber resistance breeding were introduced, and the further research development was discussed in order to provide a reference for resistant sources evaluation and resistance breeding to cucumber Fusarium wilt.
