大功率超声波处理近井带聚合物堵塞实验研究 被引量:8

摘要 利用自主研制的波场采油动态模拟实验装置,对人工岩心聚合物堵塞样品开展了超声波解除岩心聚合物堵塞实验研究,评价了超声波解除岩心聚合物堵塞的整体效果,分析了波场参数、工艺参数、储层物性参数对超声波解除聚合物堵塞的影响规律,并将超声波、化学剂、超声波—化学剂复合解堵效果进行了对比。实验结果表明:超声波功率、频率、处理时间、岩心初始渗透率等参数均能影响超声波解堵效果;超声波功率越大,解堵效果越好;超声波频率高,能量衰减快,解堵效果变差;最佳累积处理时间为80~100 min;岩心气测渗透率增加,解堵效果变差;超声波—化学剂复合解堵效果最好。 By means of the self-developed dynamic simulation experimental apparatus of fluctuating oil extraction technology and the artificial cores plugged by polymer,the effect of ultrasonic treatment and the influence rules of ultrasonic parameters,process parameters and core physical parameters on the results of ultrasonic treatment for removal of near wellbore polymer damage are studied.Furthermore,the results of ultrasonic treatment,chemical treatment and composite treatment are compared.The study results show that the ultrasonic frequency,ultrasonic power,ultrasonic processing time and core permeability can influence the plugging removal effect.The plugging removal effect obtains better performance with the increment of ultrasonic power.The performance is poor with the increment of ultrasonic frequency and initial permeability of the cores.The optimized ultrasonic processing time is 80-100 min,and the result of composite treatment is the best.
