超前工字钢桩在基坑围护中的应用

摘要 某车库基坑开挖深度超过6 m,场地边的既有建筑距基坑边仅0.3 m,常规方法开挖容易引起周边建筑的开裂,为保证周边建筑的安全,采用了超前工字钢桩加土钉喷锚支护的施工方法,并适当调整施工顺序,成功地解决了周边建筑的变形稳定问题。 For the excavation of garage foundation, its excavated depth is no less than 6.0 m and the distance between the exca- vation and the existing building is just 0.3 m. The crack in the building nearby is caused if the normal construction method is accepted, therefore the combination of advanced I-steel pile with soil nail is adopted, the construction .procedure is adjusted, which is successfully for the deformation control and the stability of around buildings.
