Ureteroscopic Pneumatic Ballistic Gravel Take Stone on the Surgical Treatment of the Upper Urinary Tract Calculus

目的:探讨经输尿管镜气压弹道碎石取石术治疗上尿路结石的临床疗效果,提高治疗效率,改善患者预后。方法:按照随机数字表法将216例上尿路结石患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各108例。观察组采用经输尿管镜气压弹道碎石取石术治疗,对照组采用体外冲击波碎石术治疗,比较两组患者治疗效果、治疗时间、治疗费用、并发症发生率。结果:观察组有效率为94.44%,对照组有效率为82.41%,组间比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=130.704,P=0.000)。观察组治疗时间为(3.4±1.2)d,平均治疗费用为(4654.67±369.70)元,对照组分别为(12.9±5.6)d和(8748.5±895.27)元,组间比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=22.772、46.670,均P=0.000)。结论:经输尿管镜气压弹道碎石取石术治疗上尿路结石具有疗效确切、并发症发生率低等优点,值得临床推广。

Objective ：To explore clinical treatment effect of the ureteroscopic pneumatic ballistic gravel take stone on the surgical treatment of upper urinary tract calculus, to improve the treatment efficiency and the prognosis of patients.Methods ：According to random number table method on 216 patients with upper urinary tract calculus were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each 108 cases.The observation group used the ureteroscopic pneumatic ballistic gravel stone free surgical treatment, the control group used extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy treatment, to compared with two groups of patients treatment effect, treatment time, treatment costs and complication rate.Results ：The observation group effective rate was 94.44%, and the control group effective rate was 82.41%, there was a statistically significant differences（χ^2=130.704, P=0.000）.The observation group treatment time for （3.4± 1.2）d, average treatment costs for （4654.67± 369.70）yuan, the control group were （12.9 ± 5.6）d and （8748.5 ± 895.27）yuan, there were statistically significant between two groups（χ^2=22.772, 46.670 ;P=0.000）.Conclusion ：The ureteroscopic pneumatic ballistic gravel take stone on the surgical treatment of the upper urinary tract calculus, its effect is confirmed, and its complications is fewer, it worthy promoting in clinical.
