摘要
目的:研究锁定接骨板手术治疗老年肱骨近端骨折的疗效。方法:对2006年3月-2011年7月39例采用锁定接骨板治疗的肱骨近端骨折患者进行回顾性分析,其中男16例,女23例;年龄46～82岁,平均60.2岁;均为闭合性骨折,就诊时间为伤后1～6d。结果:39例均得到随访,平均随访时间6～18个月。骨折全部愈合或绝大部分愈合,功能评定按Constant评分法,优21例,良16例,可2例。尚未出现感染、肱骨头坏死、愈合畸形、内固定松动断裂等不良情况。结论:锁定接骨板手术疗效优良、并发症少、固定可靠,是治疗老年肱骨近端骨折的理想方法。
Objective ：To study the curative effect of the locking plate for treatment of proximal humeral fracture in old patients.Methods ：To retrospectively analysis 39 cases with proximal humeral fracture by locking plate treatment from March 2006 to July 2011.The male in 16, female 23 cases;Age was 46 to 82 years old, an average of 60.2 years old;they were all closed fracture, the clinical time were the injury after 1 to 6 ＆Results ：39 cases were followed- up 6 to 18 months, fracture healing all or even most of the healing.According to the Constant evaluation method.optimal 21 cases, the good in 16, the ok in 2 cases.The infection, aseptic necrosis head humerus, consolid, internal fixation loose fracture and other bad situation had not appeared yet.Conclusion ：The curative effect of lock plate surgery is good, less complications and fixed solid reliable, as well it is the ideal method for the treatment of proximal humeral fracture in old patients.
