超声弹性成像参数对乳腺良恶性病灶鉴别诊断价值

The value of ultrasound elasticity parameters for differentiating malignant and benign lesion of breast

目的探讨超声弹性成像参数在鉴别诊断乳腺良、恶性病灶中的价值。方法通过对手术病理结果证实的208例乳腺病灶的超声弹性成像图进行对比研究,分析乳腺良恶性病灶在弹性参数上的差异。结果乳腺恶性病变平均硬度高于良性病灶(<0.05),弹性图与二维图上的面积比、直径比在良恶性组间差异有统计学意义(<0.05)。结论乳腺弹性成像分级较为简便、直观,病灶面积比及直径比对鉴别乳腺良恶性病变具有重要参考价值。

Objective To study the value of the ultrasonic elastography （ UE ） parameters in the differentiating benign and malignant lesions in breast. Methods The 208 UE of breast lesions that confirmed by surgical pathology results were compared and studied. Then the difference in UE parameters of benign and malignant breast lesions were analyzed. Results The average hardness of breast malignancy than benign lesions （P 〈0.05）. The distance ratio （DR） and area ratio （AR） on UE and two-dimensional map were statistically significant between the benign and malignant groups （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion The classification of breast UE is simple and intuitive, and it is great reference value for the DR and AR to differentiate malignant and benign lesion of breast.
