快乐体育，就是寓教于乐，这当是教育艺术的最高境界，“乐教”是手段，“乐学”是目的。快乐体育在体育教学中强调：教育性原则、趣味性原则、情感性原则、激烈性原则，这样，在“教”与“学”这一条什学长河中，使教师教得得心应手，使学生学的生动活泼，扎实灵活。

Summary： Happy sport means＂ happy teaching and happy learning. ＂It should be the hignest state of educational art. ＂ Happy teaching＂ in the method and＂ happy learning＂ is the purpose. Happy sports emphasize edwational Principle, interesting prinliple, emotional prinliple and encouraging principle. So, in the course of teaching and learhing, the teacher wiu be very facile and the student wiu be vivid and vigorous.
