实施素质教育提高地理教学质量——高中地理新教材试验的一点体会

Carrying out Quality Education and Enhancing the Teaching Standard of Geography

课程和教材是基础教育的核心。建立有利于学生素质发展的新课程体系，是基础教育实现由“应试教育”向素质教育转变的关键之一。要正确管理设置高中地理课程，以学生的学习和发展为中心构建新体系，根据学生认识发展的规律和心理特点组织教学内容，转变教学观念，掌握现代教育技术，在教学中变“教”为“导”，创设问题情景，来培养学生的实践能力和创新意识。

Textbooks and lessons are the core of the basic education. Finding out a new lesson system which is advantageous to students＇ quality is the key how to realize educational change from meeting exam education to quality education. It＇s important to lay down a reasonable geograplical lessons for senior high school. We must change our opinions on teaching, master modem educational skill and develop practical and creative ability of our students.
