师生关系是教学理论中的一个中心问题，他直接关系到教学任务的完成和教育目的的实现，在教学的实践过程中产生的许多新问题，都直接或间接地与师生关系相关联。为此，通过对师生关系的互动作用的分析和论证，我们认为“教学相长”是对师生关系的准确概括。

The relationship between teachers and students is a key proboem of teaching theory. It has a lot to do with the accomplishment teaching task and fullfillment of education aim. Many new problems occrred in teaching activity ralate much to the relationship between teachers and students, So by analyzing and proving it,vce suppose that＂teaching benefiting teacher as well as students＂ is the accurate definition to the relationship between teachers and students.
