摘要
社会信用制度是建设现代市场体系的核心和必要条件,也是规范市场经济秩序的治本之策。本文从道德为支撑是基础内容,产权为基础是有效载体,法律为保证是重要组成三个方面,对建立新的信用制度作了进一步认识和阐述。
The socialist credit system is the core of building modern system and essential terms. It also is the policy concerning a permanent cure which standardizes the economic order of market. This text is the basic con- tent supported by morals and an effective carrier based on property rights and an important composition guaran- teed by law. It gives an important for new credit system.
