Mohism is a great part of Chinese culture. However, due to the impact of globalization, Mohism faces the turning point of its development. In the beginning of the new century, it＇s important to perceive the Mohism＇s impor- tance and modernize it. This essay aims to discuss the pass- ing down and innovation of Mohism from the point of culture philosophy. With deep understanding and interpretation of Mohism, we can make a great plan for national development. Furthermore, Mohism study also promotes the harmonious development between the two sides across the Taiwan Strait.
