社会心理学中的态度转变模型理论与实施思想政治教育的主要基本要素之间具有内在的契合点,运用态度转变模型理论探讨思想政治教育四个基本要素,是增强思想政治教育实效性的有效途径。据此,增强思想政治教育的实效性,在态度理论视野下要发挥教育者的主导作用,提高其权威性和可信性;增强受教育者的主体意识,提高受教育者的接受力;改进教育内容,凸显其科学性、时代性和先进性,转变教育方式,增强其生活性和渗透性;创造良好的环境,充分发挥其影响力。

There are great similarities between the model theory of attitude change and carry out the ideological and political education to the basic elements in the social psychology.The important way of enhancing the effectiveness of Ideological and political education is that applying the model theory of attitude change to probe into the ideological and political education.The paper mainly uses the model theory of attitude change to analysis the relations between subject and object about education.Besides,the paper express the thoughts that it must be strengthen the four aspects that is educators,education contents and ways, be educated and education environment to enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political education under the model theory of attitude change.
