随着西安建设国际化大都市的目标确立，西安市电网建设近年飞速发展、投资巨大，同时面临的不可预见、不可控制的因素明显增多，电网建设环境日益复杂，都已经成为我们电网建设工作中面临的难题。本文通过对宁波市电力局在电网建设中的先进经验的分析，对西安电网建设工作提出了自己的意见和建议。
