With the development of information technology, market competition, the university li- brary management, services and other needs to upgrade. In this paper, the introduction of university library management model to explore the logistics management, to try to make its own con- structive view that the University Library to change the traditional mode of management, how to a- dapt to the growing cultural needs of the readers, how to develop awareness of market competition, with the scientific logistics management approach to guide the library change management model, is of great practical significance.
