血液透析患者血透相关问题认知状况的调查分析及护理对策

目的了解血液透析患者对血透相关问题的认知状况,进一步分析认知状况中存在的问题,并采取护理对策。方法采用方便抽样法运用自行设计的血液透析治疗患者相关问题调查表对本院维持性透析治疗的患者88例问卷调查。结果本调查显示血透患者存在问题:口服用药品种繁多;对血透相关健康知识缺乏;对血透存有担心;希望得到医护人员对血透相关健康知识的指导。结论对存在的问题采取针对性的护理措施,有利于提高患者治疗依从性,从而减少血透并发症的发生,提高患者的生活质量。

Objective To understand the blood dialysis patients on hemodialysis related problems in cognitive status, further analysis of the cognitive status of existing problems, and take the nursing countermeasure. Method Of using convenience sampling method using self--designed questionnaire of hemodialysis patients in our hospital related problems in maintenance hemodialysis patients treated 88 questionnaire survey. Results 70 effective questionnaires show surveyed hemodialysis patients for existing problems are as follows： oral medication variety, lack of hemodialysis related health knowledge, in patients on hemodialysis have concerns, by medical personnel on the hope hemodialysis related health knowledge guidance. Conclusions About the problems take corresponding nursing measures, will help improve patient compliance, thereby reducing blood dialysis complications, improve the quality of life of patients.
