节段性肿瘤假体治疗长骨骨干转移癌并病理骨折(2例报道并文献复习) 被引量：4

摘要 目的探讨节段性肿瘤假体治疗长骨骨干转移癌并病理骨折的临床应用可行性。方法回顾性分析2例骨干转移癌合并病理骨折的患者,1例为肾癌合并股骨干转移,1例为肝癌合并肱骨干转移。均采用全麻下肿瘤瘤段切除节段性肿瘤假体置换的手术方式进行治疗。结果均顺利完成手术,无手术并发症发生,术后随访分别为2个月和半年,无肿瘤复发,肢体骨与软组织肿瘤协会(Musculoskeletal Tumor Society,MSTS)评分均为30分。结论节段性肿瘤假体置换是一种治疗长骨骨干转移癌可供选择的手术方式。
