高职院校辅导员不仅是学生思想政治教育、学习、生活等日常管理工作的主要承担者,还是学生的"人生导师",在高职院校学生工作中起着不可替代的作用。尤其在目前,大学生思想道德境界面临极大的挑战,加上贫富差距和家庭背景造成学生人格品性更加复杂化,对辅导员的工作方式和角色定位提出了新的要求。

College counselors not only bear the responsibility of ideological and political education of students and management of students＇ study and life,but also play the role of students＇ life mentor,which is irreplaceable.Especially in a society filled with trash culture and fast-food culture today,college students are facing great challenge in ideologically and morally.With more complex students＇ personality caused by the gap between rich and poor and the difference in family background,the counselors＇ work will have new requirements to meet.
