少数民族地区农村社会保障问题探析

An Analysis to Rural Social Insurance Problem in Minority Nationality Area

由于少数民族贫困地区农村的生态环境脆弱、承受能力低;经济类型单一化;贫困人口覆盖面大,返贫率高;基础设施落后与缺乏;教育严重滞后等等现状,决定了其社会保障特殊性,既区别于城市的社会保障,也有别于一般农村的社会保障。

Because of the weakness of ecosystem,low bearing ability,simplification for economy type, large coverage of poor population, high rate of returning to the poor, backward and insufficient base installation and the serious lagging education situation in the poor area of minority nationality, the social insurance is determined to be something special, and it is also different from the general rural social insurance in minority narionality area.
