Effects of RADIX POLYGONI MULTIFLORI Extractives on the Multiplication of Osteoblasts

[目的]观察何首乌提取物对体外培养新生大鼠颅骨成骨细胞增殖及量效关系。[方法]在新生大鼠颅骨成骨细胞体系中加入不同浓度的提取物,分别于加药后24、48和72 h用MTT法检测细胞的增殖。[结果]何首乌乙酸乙酯提取物能促进大鼠颅骨成骨细胞的增殖,试验中最佳作用浓度为0.1 mg/ml。[结论]何首乌乙酸乙酯提取物可促进成骨细胞的增值。

[Objective] The aim was to investigate the effect of RADIX POLYGONI MULTIFLORI extractives on the multiplication of osteoblasts in harnpan of newborn rats cultured in vitro and the dose-effect relationship.[Methods] Different concentrations of extractives were put in osteoblasts system of harnpan of newborn rats,and MTT method was employed to detect the multiplication of osteoblasts after culturing with the extractives of ethyl acetate for 24,48 and 72 h,respectively.[Result] The extractives of ethyl acetate can promote the multiplication of osteoblasts with the concentration of 0.1 mg/ml.[Conclusion] The extractives of ethyl acetate can promote the multiplication of osteoblasts.
