基于ZigBee技术的仓库管理系统的设计

Design of Warehouse Management System Based on ZigBee

针对仓库出现的管理困难的情况,为了提高仓库的出入库和盘点效率,时时检测仓库的温度和安防,提出了基于ZigBee技术的仓库管理系统的实现方案。结合条码扫描仓库管理系统,采用树型的网络结构,设计了CC2530的网络协调器、路由器和终端设备,通过试验测试,证实该方案具有较强的可行性,实现了仓库管理的无线化、自动化和信息化管理。

In order to solve the problems of difficult warehouse management,improve the loading and unloading rate and the inventory efficiency,and achieve the real-time temperature detection and security of the warehouse,a ZigBee-based warehouse management system was proposed.Based on bar code scanning,a tree network structure was used to design the CC2530 network coordinator,routers and terminal equipment.An experiment was carried out to prove the practicability of this system,which achieved the wireless,automatic and information management of the warehouse.
