大型体育赛事场馆设施建设对城市空间发展的影响研究——以广州“亚运城”为例

大型体育赛事场馆设施与城市空间发展的关系密切,对城市旧区更新、新区开发以及整体空间格局都会产生较大的影响。"亚运城"的选址建设是广州市借亚运会契机实施城市空间发展战略的重要举措。从微观层面看,"亚运城"的建设推动了广州新城的逐步实施。从宏观层面看,"亚运城"加快了广州城市空间"南拓"的进程,促进了城市空间多中心结构的完善。同时,"亚运城"对广州城市空间发展也可能产生广州新城后续发展动力不足、"亚运城"综合体育馆赛后利用低效等负面影响,对此应加以规避。

Influence of stadiums and gymnasiums for major sports competitions has the close relations to the urban space development,and will affect the new district’s renewing,old district’s developing and the whole spatial pattern.In the microcosmic field,Asian games town will propel the development of Guangzhou new city;in the macroscopic file,Asian games town will promote the ＂Southern extension＂ of Guangzhou’s spatial pattern and complete the multicenter structures.Beside that,Asian games town should notice and avoid some problems such as the short of subsequent development power and the fallback of stadiums.
