城市中心区保障性住房规划布局研究——以大连市石门山经济适用住房项目为例

Layout Research of Indemnificatory Housing in Urban Center:Dalian Shimenshan Case

保障性住房的服务对象是城市中的中低收入群体,因此其规划建设布局需考虑与周边区域的协调。大连市石门山经济适用住房项目研究结果表明,保障性住房项目需选择适宜的城市空间结构模式,协调城市居住用地规划与城市公交系统规划,拟定住房建设的适宜规划,合理配置居住区级公共服务设施及合理控制居民收入差距,既要充分考虑相关影响因素及整体布局,又要考虑城市规划的政策性、协调性和长期性。

The planning and layout of indemnificatory housing need to coordinate with perimeter zone while offering to the low-income residents.Dalian Shimenshan case has proved that the indemnificatory housing should find the suitable mode for space structure,coordinate the residential land planning and transit system planning,protocol the constructive planning,collocate the public service facilities and control the citizen income gap,not only think about the influencing factor and whole layout,but also the planning’s policy,harmony and secular.
