摘要
日照间距作为建筑间距的主要影响因素之一,对高层建筑的选址、朝向等都有明显的影响。日照间距的分析控制主要采取日照间距系数法和日照间距分析法。由于技术规范不统一、日照分析文本编制单位管理欠缺等,两种方法都存在着一些问题,从而造成日照间距数据存在偏差,影响建筑日照需求。据此,需统一计算数据标准、制定技术规定、强化日照分析文本编制单位的管理及明确补偿标准等,注重日照间距控制的科学性、合理性与可操作性,使控制结果更能被全社会接受。
As one of the main influencing factors,sunshine spacing has the obvious influence to the high-rise buildings’ site selection and orientations.Coefficient method and analysis method are the main methods of sunshine spacing control.Because of the different technical regulation and lack of management,both the methods have some problems which will make the wrong data and affect the sunlight demand.Base this,the control should make the data standard and technical regulation,strengthen management and compensate system,emphasize the control’s scientificalness,rationality and maneuverability,and accepted by the society.
