无锡苏南国际机场空港园区发展研究

Development Research of Wuxi Southern-Jiangsu International Airport Park

伴随着经济全球化带来的劳动分工的广域化和面对面交流需求的增长,以及我国城市工业化的深入发展和产业结构的不断演进,空港地区作为城市重要的新兴功能区已成为近年来的研究热点。研究回顾了空港地区研究的内容和重点,并指出了现有研究的不足之处。在实证研究部分,针对无锡苏南国际机场相对现有格局的嵌入性、机场服务腹地的区域性及服务重心的非本地化、空港园区边界的设定性等的特点,提出产业功能支撑、融入区域发展、协调周边地区等发展对策,并重点从产业功能定位和产业空间布局的角度予以落实。

As the new important function area, the airport area has become the hot research area while division of labour in the wide-area, the increasing community, China＇s fast industrialization and the evolution of industrial structure. The paper reviews the research content and emphasis of airport area, and then seeks the shortcomings. On the empirical study, the paper aim at the embedability of Wuxi southem-Jiangsu intemaUonal airport pattern, regional of serve interior, localization of serve core, and determine of boundary, proposes the functional support, integrate regional development and coordinate surrounding areas, and then implement on the functional orientation and spatial distribution.
