柑橘溃疡病土壤拮抗菌的筛选、鉴定及防效测定 被引量:6

摘要 为了筛选具有生防潜力的柑橘溃疡病拮抗菌,从湖南省不同地区采集了16个土壤样品,经分离、纯化、筛选获得3株拮抗效果突出的菌株,其中CLT3为链霉菌属,CLH2为假单胞菌属,CZR1为伯克氏菌属;拮抗菌室内防效试验结果表明:3个菌株的防效基本都在50%以上,其中CLT3的防效最佳,达到83.85%。这说明3株拮抗菌对于柑橘溃疡病的防治有一定的作用,并显现出较大的开发潜能。 To screen the antagonistic bacteria against citrus canker which have biocontrol potential,16 soil samples,which were collected from different areas of Hunan Province,were separated,purified and screened,and three antagonistic bacteria which had great antagonistic efficacy were obtained,in which CLT3 belong to Streptomyces,CLH2 belong to Pseudomonas and CZR1 belong to Burkholderia.The results of indoor control efficacy experiments for antagonistic bacteria indicated that the control efficacy of the three bacteria strains was almost over 50%,in which the control efficacy of CLT3 was the best(83.85%).Therefore,the three antagonistic bacteria all have huge developmental potential for biocontrol agents because they all have certain control effect against citrus canker.
