采用静压造型机替代气冲造型机对气冲造型线进行改造,通过工艺设计、设备选型、系统配套,以及新旧工装共用、对部分辅机进行适应性改造等,成功地将静压造型主机应用在气冲造型线上。

An air impact molding line has been rebuilt with a static pressure molding machine to replace the original air impact molding machine as follows： technology design, equipment selection, system supporting, the old and new co-ordination combination docking, the entire line performance optimization with old and new tooling share and auxiliary adaptive transformation.
