摘要
我国铸件生产工艺很多方面已经达到国际水平,但清理车间工艺仍然比较落后,本文从工程设计的角度简要说明如何确定清理工艺、选择清理装备水平、减轻劳动强度、加强环境保护、合理铸件涂装工艺等,旨在对我国多数铸造企业目前落后的铸件清理方式,提出一个提升改造的目标。
From the view of engineering design, a brief explanation has been given with determination of cleaning process, choice of the level of cleaning equipment, reduction of labor intensity, enhanced environmental protection, rationalization of coating process etc., aimed to put forward an improved target for the laggard cleaning process of most foundries at present in China.
