基于表达/掌握知识矩阵的知识生成转化路径与方式研究

Research on the Path and Pattern of Knowledge Generation and Transformation Based on Express/Master Knowledge Matrix

通过考查隐性知识与显性知识的三种划分标准,依据中文语境/语义将其梳理成递阶三层结构;发现半个世纪以来被学术界忽视的波兰尼是否已表达标准具有二维性,并以此为标准构造了表达/掌握知识分类矩阵模型,揭示出非波兰尼隐性知识和非波兰尼显性知识的客观存在性;利用表达/掌握知识矩阵重新剖析了知识生成/转化中呈现出的新机制、新途径、新方式,改进了野中郁次郎教授的SECI螺旋模型。

Firstly three classification standards about tacit knowledge and explicit knowledge were assessed and were sorted out to a threefold hierarchical structure based on Chinese context and meaning. The two-dimensional fea- ture of Polanyi expressed criterion which was neglected by academe in half a century was then disclosed, based on which an express/master knowledge classification matrix model was constructed, disclosing the objective existence of non-Polanyi tacit knowledge and non-Polanyi explicit knowledge. Finally, some new mechanisms, new paths and new methods which were presented in the process of knowledge generation and transformation were analyzed again based on the express/master matrix; the SECI spiral model by Ikujiro Nonaka was then improved.
