摘要
随着钢铁工业的发展,减量化生产工艺必然成为节约型钢材的发展趋势。国家标准中345MPa级低合金钢、船板、容器板、桥梁钢和高层建筑用钢的化学成分和力学性能存在交集,首秦公司通过窄成分设计,精确的轧制工艺,生产出能同时满足低合金、船板、容器、桥梁和高层建筑用钢要求的钢板,实现了“一钢多能”。
Abstract With the development of steel industry, steel reduction process is the development tendency of economical manufacture. According to the national standard, the chemical composites and mechanical properties of 345 MPa grade of low-alloy steel, ship plate, container board, bridgebuilding and high-rise building steel have intersections. By virtue of narrow component designs, accurate rolling process, the plates which meet the demands of lowlloy, ship plate, container board and hige-rise building are produced in Qinhuangdao Shouqin Metal Material Co., Ltd., realizing the "one steel with multi-functions".
