DP590双相钢热轧织构与不同变形量下冷轧织构的研究

摘要 借助SEM、XRD和EBSD等方法对DP590双相钢热轧织构与变形量分别为65%,70%,80%的微观组织和织构进行了研究。研究表明,热轧试样主要以旋转立方织构为主;冷轧试样不同变形量下的织构类型均为俚织构、y织构和旋转立方织构,其中,a织构较强烈,其次是旋转立方织构,y织构相对较弱。随着变形量的增加,a织构组分(112)〈110〉变化不大,y织构组分(111)〈112)减弱,而(111)〈110)增强,旋转立方织构组分明显增强。结合Talor因子对冷轧试样进行分析,在冷轧变形过程中,Talor因子值低的[111]晶粒易滑移,而Talor因子值高的[100]晶粒形变较小,更易保持原有取向。 Microstructure and texture of DP590 dual phase steel with dllerent detormaton were studied respectively by means of scanning electron microscope ( SEM), Xray diffraction (XRD) and electron backscatter diffraction (EBSD). It was shown that the strongest texture was the rotated cube texture in hot rolling process, and the types of texture were all the same with different deformation in cold rolling process, including a texture, y texture and rotated cube texture, in which a texture was the strongest and ytexture was the weakest. With increasing the deformation, the (112)〈110〉 component of a texture was invariable, but the (111)〈112〉component of y texture was decreased, (111)〈 110〉 of y texture was enhanced, and rotated cube texture was obviously increased. The cold rolling deformation area was analyzed through Talor factor. It was found that { 111 } grains with low Talor factor were much easier to slip than { 100} grains with high Talor factor, which were used to keep its original orientation during deformation.
