摘要
汽车用GA板的镀锌层对焊点质量有至关重要的影响,以汽车用GA板为材料,重点研究了焊接时间、极头压力、焊前预热工艺和焊后热处理工艺等参数对焊点力学性能和疲劳性能的影响规律。研究表明,延长焊接时间和增加焊后热处理工艺可以提高汽车用GA板的焊接性能。
The zinc alloy layer of GA vehicle plate has great influence in the welding spot quality. With GA plate used in automobile as the raw material, the influence raw between parameters, such as welding time, polar head pressure, preheating before welding and heat treatment after welding and welding spots mechanical properties and fatigue properties is investigated. The results show that the GA plate welding propertiea can be improved by virtue of welding time extension and the welding heat treatment process increase.
