摘要
选取较常用的低碳钢成份体系为基础,通过Themo-cMc软件计算了钛含量对Ti(C,N)、Ti4C2S2、AIN和MnS等析出相的影响规律。结果表明,钛含量对Ti4C2S2向TiC的转变温度影响最显著,而对TiN和Ti4C2S2的析出温度影响较小。钛含量越高,Ti4C2S2越稳定,存在的温度区间越宽。当钛含量为0.052%时,析出相中出现了A1N,而且A1N析出温度随钛含量的降低而升高。
On the basis of a typical low carbon steel chemical composition, the influence of Ti addition in the precipitates such as Ti (C, N), Ti4C2S2, A1N and MnS in micro-alloy steels was calculated using Thermo-calc software. It was shown that the transition temperature of Ti4C2 S2 to TiC was greatly influenced by the content of added Ti, which had no obvious effect on the precipitating temperature of TiN and Ti4C2S2. With increasing the addition of Ti, Ti4C2S2 became stabler, and it would precipitate at wider range of temperature. When the Ti content was 0. 052%, A1N would precipitate. Furthermore, precipitating temperature of A1N would increase with the decrease of Ti content.
