邯钢炼铁部400m^2烧结机节能减排生产实践

摘要 邯钢烧结耗能占整个钢铁厂能源消耗的13!左右,而产生的硫化物的排放更是烧结生产主要的污染指标.400 m2目前通过改善原燃料的性能、设备的稳定运行、除尘和脱硫的能力,最终达到烧结固体燃料消耗降低0.5!,排放气体中含尘量<12 mg/m3,硫化物排放量<90 mg/m3,取得节能减排的好效果. The energy consumption by sintering amounts to about 13%of the overall energy consumption of the steel works, and the emissions of sulfur is the main pollution index of sintering production. A reduction of solid fuel for sintering by 0. 5%, a dust content in the emitted gas 〈 12 mg/m3 , and a sulfur emission 〈 90 mg/m3 were attainable for the 400 m2 sin- tering machine by improving the fuel performance, stabilizing the equipment operation, and enhancing the dust - and sulfur - removing capacity. Good energy - saving and discharge - reduction effects thus resulted.
