济钢高MgO烧结矿生产实践

摘要 介绍济钢炼铁320 m2烧结机通过分阶段提高轻烧菱镁石粉的配加量,生产高MgO烧结矿时所采取的措施,并对烧结机和高炉的生产使用效果进行了评价.生产试验表明,烧结矿MgO控制在3.5!时,3号1750 m3高炉主要技术经济指标得到较为明显的改善. The measures taken for producing high - MgO sinter with the 320 m2 sintering machine at JISGC by step - wise increasing the proportion of soft burned magnesite powder were introduced, and the sintering and iron - making effects of the sinter evaluated in the article. Production tests showed that the economic and technical indices of the No. 3 1750 m3 BF were improved, when the MgO content of the sinter was kept at about 3.5%.
