数控轧辊车床增加花纹钢板轧辊铣削功能 被引量:1

摘要 对数控车床进行改进,增加花纹板轧辊铣削主轴全闭环装置,结合原有数控车床的两个全闭环的线性轴(X、Z轴),实现三轴二联动,使A轴具备准确分度,X轴、Z轴具有自动移动功能,且在加工中断后可以准确续接,实现了花纹板轧辊数控全闭环铣削控制.改造后,数控车床具有车削和铣削两大功能. The conventional CNC roll lathe is modified by adding a close-looped axis connecting to a treadplate roller to re- alize a milling function. With the added close-looped axis( A axis) , together with the original two close-looped linear axes ( X and Z axis) on the CNC, two linkages on three axes become available. With the accurate indexing function provided by the axis A, and the functions of automatic movements and automatic movement resumption after breakage, given by the axes X and Z, a close-looped milling control of the treadplate roller on the CNC are possible. The upgraded CNC possessed both turning and milling functions.
