The System Construction Path of the Government Services Spirit Fosters of Jilin Province

建设服务型政府的关键问题是培育政府服务精神,吉林省建设服务型政府过程中也面临着政府服务精神培育问题。根据吉林省服务型政府建设的实际情况,制度建设是吉林省政府服务精神培育的重要路径。本文分析了吉林省政府服务精神培育的三条制度路径:切实推行政务公开制度、完善政府绩效评估制度和健全行政法律制度,以期为吉林省服务型政府的建设提供理论依据。

Cultivating the government service spirit is the key problem of building a service-oriented government.Jilin province is also facing the problem of government service spirit fosters in the process of building a service-oriented government.According to the actual development situation of Jilin service-oriented government,system construction is the important path of Jilin province government service spirit fosters.This paper mainly analyses the three system path of Jilin province government service spirit fosters： practical affairs public system,improving the government performance appraisal system and perfecting administrative law system to provide theoretical basis for the construction of service government of Jilin province.
