摘要
对北京市流动人口的调查发现,性别、年龄、婚姻状况、培训、就业单位性质及就业身份构成了农村迁移劳动力收入差异的主要因素。要实现农村劳动力的稳定迁移和较高收入,应消除基于户籍的劳动力歧视行为,将农村劳动力纳入城市就业培训体系,为个体私营经济创造宽松的政策环境,支持农村劳动力在城市以多种就业方式综合发展。
A survey of the floating population in Beijing finds out that gender, age, marital status, training experience, the prop- erty of the employment units and employment status constitute the major factors which affect the income of the migrant labors. To achieve the stability of the rural labors migration and the higher income, the paper holds that, the discrimination of household registera- tion in employment market should be eradicated, and the rural migrant labors should be included in the urban employment traninig sys- tem. What's more, a more flexible policy environment for the private business should be established, in order for the rural migrant la- bors to develop themselves in various ways of employment.
