摘要
ESL环境既是二语习得的最佳环境,也是自主学习的最佳环境。在课外主要通过广播、电视再大量输入英语节目,并且利用互联网、各种通讯工具进行交流、互动、反馈,可以创建大学英语听力自主学习的近似ESL环境。然而,只有真正革新大学英语听力的教学理念、内容和方法,才能提高输入和输出的质量,才能使这一环境真正成为语言学习环境。
ESL environment is the optimum environment both for SLA and for autonomous learning. Based on traditional and multimedia classroom, we can create a similar autonomous learning environment for college English listening by mainly employing radio and television and their programs and making comprehensive use of internet and various communication tools to communicate, interact and feedback. However, only by innovating the teaching notions, content and methods can we improve the qualities of both input and output and make it really an environment for language learning.
