摘要
基于我国高校大学生主体"90后"的整体特征,高校辅导员应高度关注"90后"大学生的教育和管理问题,积极探索管理和引导"90后"大学生的新方法,为学生的全面发展作出贡献。
With regard to the overall characteristics of the main body of China' s college students who are born after 1990 (after-90 s) , the instructors in colleges should pay close attention to the education and management of the after-90 s, and try to search for a proper way to guide them to healthy and overall development.
