消炎利胆Ⅰ号和Ⅱ号的药理作用研究

Pharmacological Studies of the Xao yan Li Dan Ⅰ And Ⅱ

本文研究了消炎利胆Ⅰ号和Ⅱ号对小鼠小肠推进运动、胆囊排空活动的影响以及镇痛作用。结果表明,Ⅰ号有显著的抑制肠道、胆道平滑肌的作用和镇痛作用,Ⅱ号的上述作用明显弱于Ⅰ号。

The Xao Yan Li Dan I (XYLD I) and the Xao Yan Li Dan Ⅱ(XYLD Ⅱ) are two compound preparations to treat the patients with cholecystitis and cho- lelithiasis. The experimental results in mice showed that: 1. In the propellant movement test of small intestine, the XYLD Ⅰ possessed a marked inhibitory action (inhibition rate 125%, P<0. 001) , and the XYLD Ⅱ had a little action (inhbiition rate 22%, P>0. 05). 2. In the gallbladder empty experiment, the XYLD I inhibition rate on gallbladder empty was 1.93%, and the XYL 91%. 3. In the analgesic assays of the hot plate and the twisting response, the XYLD Ⅱ had some analgesic action the pain threshold was increased to 112% (P<0. 05), the analgesic time was sustained less 60 minutes, and the twisting response was inhibited to 21.4% (P>0. 05) , but in the data reported by us before the XYLD Ⅰ was 121% (P<0. 001), more than 120 minutes, and 50% (P<0. 01) respectively. It showed that the XYLD Ⅰ is superir to the XYLD Ⅱ.
