Logistic Regression Analysis on Immunization Coverage Rate and Its Influential Factors Among Children in Linyi City

[目的]分析留守儿童、常住儿童扩大免疫规划疫苗接种现状及影响因素。[方法]2011年5月采用简单随机抽样法对兰山、河东、苍山、平邑、费县5县(区)儿童进行免疫接种率及其影响因素调查,共调查3～6岁留守儿童和1～2岁常住儿童各300名,接种记录按卫生部标准进行统计。[结果]调查600名儿童,留守儿童、常住儿童"五苗"全程免疫覆盖率分别为89.67%、98.67%;Logistic回归模型分析,儿童监护人和接种点距离是影响留守儿童接种及时性的因素,母亲文化程度和胎次是影响常住儿童接种及时性的因素。[结论]不同类型的儿童,影响其接种率及时性的因素不同,宜采取多种不同的宣传教育措施,使儿童家长认识到接种疫苗是保护儿童健康的有效手段。健康教育宣传与疫苗有效、安全接种同等重要。

[Objective]To know the immunization coverage rate and influential factors of left-behind children and resi- dent children in Linyi city. [Methods]A total of 300 resident children at the age of 1 to 2 children and 300 left-behind chil- dren at the age of 3 to 6 children were investigated for immunization coverage rates and influential factors by simple ran- dom sampling. The vaccination records were judged by the standard of Ministry of Health. [Results]The qualified coverage rate of the 5 vaccines of left-behind children and resident children was 89.67% and 98.67% respectively. Multi-factor lo- gistic regression model showed that children＇s guardian and distances accepted immunization service were the influential factors of left-behind children vaccinated timeliness. The mother＇s cultural degree and parities were influential factors of resident children. [Conclusion]To different types of children,the influential factors of timely coverage rate are different. To take various measures, make children parents realize that vaccination is to protect the children＇s health effective means. Health education and the effective and safe vaccine inoculation are equally important.
