2009～2011年枣庄市无偿献血者RhD阴性血型调查

Survey on RHD-negative Blood Donors in Zaozhuang,City,2009-2011

[目的]了解枣庄市RhD阴性者血型分布情况,以满足临床对Rh阴性血的需求。[方法]2009年1月至2011年5月,对枣庄市五区和滕州市的20 369名初次街头无偿献血者进行血型分型。[结果]合计调查献血员20 369人,检出RhD阴性者59人,RhD阴性率为0.28%。RhD阴性率,五区和滕州市分别为0.28%、0.30%,男性和女性分别为0.30%、0.27%。59名Rh阴性者表型分布,ccdee型占59.32%,Ccdee型占27.12%,CcdEe型占8.47%,ccdEe型占5.08%。[结论]枣庄市献血者RhD阴性表型分布以ccdee型居多。

[Objeetive]To understand the distribution of RHD-negative blood donors in Zaozhuang city, so as to meet clinical demand of RHDmegative blood. [Methods]During January,2009 to May,2011 ,genotyping of blood of 20 369 people giving blood without pay for the first time in the street, from 5 districts of Zaozhuang city,and Tengzhou. [Results]59 RHD-negative blood donors were detected among 20 369, the negative rate was 0.28%. The negative rate was 0.28%, 0.30%respectively in 5 districts and Tengzhou,was 0.30% ,0.27%. 59.32% of 59 were cedee phenotype,27.12% were Ccdee phenotype,8.47 % were CcdEe, 5.08 % were eedEe. [Conelusion]There are more ecdee phenotype in RHD-negative blood donors in Zaozhuang city.
