摘要
测定无限制晨尿羟辅氨酸/肌酐比值与经典的24h尿羟脯氨酸总排量密切相关,正常人此比值变动较小,氟中毒时显著升高。本法适于在地方性氟中毒调查工作中应用。
Determination of the ratio between hydroxyproline and creatinine of non-restrictive morning urine samples showed good correlation with classical determi-nation of total hydroxyproline excretion in 24 hr urine. This ratio is stable innormal subjects and increases significantly in the patients with fluorosis. Thedetermination method is suitable for screening investigation in endemic areas offluorosis.
