Activity comparison of eight kinds of enzyme in ginseng from different growth term

摘要 目的:通过对4、5、6、7年生人参中的8种酶活力进行比较,为人参的生长发育研究奠定基础。方法:采用中性缓冲液提取粗酶液,应用分光光度法对4个不同生长年限的人参中苹果酸脱氢酶(MDH),乳酸脱氢酶(LDH),乙醇脱氢酶(ADH),葡萄糖-6-磷酸脱氢酶(G6PDH),超氧化物歧化酶(SOD),葡萄糖磷酸异构酶(GPI),谷丙转氨酶(GPT)和延胡索酸酶(Fumarase)8种酶活力进行比较。结果:除SOD和GPI外,其他6种酶活力均是6年生人参样品最高,4年生样品活力最低。结论:这8种酶的活力可以作为不同生长年限人参生长发育研究的理论依据。 Objective: To comparison the activities of eight enzymes in Ginseng which are from 4 year, 5 year, 6 year, 7 year, in order to provide the foundation of the growth and development of ginseng. Methods: Adopt neutral buffer solution to extract the enzyme solution of Ginseng. Use spectrophotometry to test the activities of Malate Dehydrogenase (MDH), Lactate Dehydrogenase (LDH), Alcohol Dehydrogenase (ADH), Glucose 6-phosphate Dehydrogenase (G6PDH), Superoxide dismutase (SOD), Glucose Phosphate Isomerase (GPI) Glutamic-pyruvic transaminase (GPT), and Fumarase. Results: In addition to superoxide dismutase (SOD) and glucose phosphate isomerase outside, six other kinds of enzyme activities which are from Ginseng of 6 years are the highest, while that of 4 years Ginseng are the lowest. Conclusion: These 8 kinds of the enzyme activities can be used as growth theoretical basis of different growth year Ginseng.
